1. Purchasing passes for this event is a two-step process.
• First step is to register online and submit details for approval.
• After approval from management second step is payment and then collection of passes as per instructions from management.
2. Online registration is not a GUARANTEE of passes for the event.
3. Registration will be rejected in case of improper/unclear/fancy photos or ID uploaded or incomplete information given while registration.
4. No changes will be allowed once registration is submitted for approval or your passes are approved.
5. Payment for passes once made will not be refunded or registration will not be changed.
6. All rights regarding this event will rest solely with the management. Decision of the management will be final in all matters relating to the event.
7. By submitting and paying for the passes you accept all the terms and conditions.
8. Passes will be given after approval of the management.
9. We have no selling agent/franchisee/any other person for sellng/collecting payment for passes to the event. Passes will be available by registration exclusively on this website.
10. Management reserves the right to remove from the event/block entry to event for any person who is found to misbehave with organisers/other event participants/artists/voilate any rules of the event.
11. Management/Organisers at their sole discretion will refund or not refund any amount paid for the passes on a pro rata basis of days attended if any guest/customer is removed from the event when found voilating rules of the event.
12. If any member of your group is found to violate or misbehave then the whole group will be denied entry to the event without any refund given.
